Baby Einstein
Daddy needed to test the DVD player and decided to open up my Baby Einstein DVD. I have never seen anything so beautiful and captivating before. I couldn't even blink.

I love you
This is me attempt at saying, "I love you". Mom and Dad are always telling me to say this or say that. Well, I have the important one down..."Night Night"! Maybe Dad can get that on video sometime this weekend. Nana and Grandpapa heard me say it last night. They didn't fully believe Mom when she told them I could say night night. But last night they heard it too!

Poker anyone?
Busy weekend
Keira brought some toys too, but she didn't want me to see her cell phone. All I had to do was smile and she caved in!
The monkey and the music...
I love my activity table. It does so many things. I like to set it to the music mode and sing to my monkey. He thinks I'm a rock star...or as Mom calls me, a Brock Star!

Photos of me
If you look real close, you might be able to see my tooth. Maybe I'll let mom get a better picture of it later.

Weekend Update
On Friday, Brock had his 9 month check up and everything went well. His doctor was a bit concerned about his weight and said we need to try to beef him up a little. Here are his stats: Head 60%, Length 55%, Weight 20%. He loves to eat so it shouldn't be too hard to add an extra meal to his day. His crawling probably affected his weight more than anything else.
Saturday he got his first tooth! The bottom left one. He is really "growing up" SO fast!
Sunday was my first Mother's Day and we celebrated with a delicious breakfast, a trip to the park and a family dinner at P.F. Chang's.
Monday was just a Monday. I got a few things done around the house and enjoyed spending time with Brock.
Tuesday I was offered the weekend baylor position at the hospital I used to work for. I have truly loved being the quality control analyst for Park Nicollet. My current job is the perfect "job" for me. It challenges me and allows me to educate my co-workers. I feel I have a huge impact on the improvement within the radiology department. However, Brock is 9 months old now and I feel this time has slipped away from me. I have also missed patient care and taking x-rays. Josh and I discussed it and today I am going to accept the offer. I will work every Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm and one extra shift every two weeks and get paid for full time (80 hours/pay period). This will allow me to spend Monday-Friday with my dear Brock! It will also free up my Mon-Fri schedule (if anyone was thinking about a visit :)
I will keep you all posted as to my start date. I have to finish up some projects in my current position before they will allow me to transfer.
Look for some wonderful photos in the near future. I'll figure out what the problem is and get some posted soon.
Have a great Wednesday!

Visit to the Park
It was a beautiful day today and Mom took me to the park. We had a blast. I had fun in the swing and then Dad came and we went down the slide together. Then I took a nice nap on the walk home. When I woke up we all went over to Aunt Britta and Uncle Matt's house for a BBQ. It was fun seeing everyone. Aunt Emily, Uncle Ben, Brayden, Nana and Grandpapa were all there too.

To smile or not to smile...
From the day Brock could smile, he has always put on his game face when it comes to taking pictures. But lately, he has learned that it's fun to make "other" faces instead. Here's Brock last night in his high chair after dinner. About half way through the clip he thought I changed to the camera mode and gave me a quick smile. Soon he realized it was still recording and continued his show.
What a goof!

Spring in my step
Now that I know how this thing works, I think it's awesome! My mom and dad were cracking up!
